Done in partnership with Jason Flynn, Architect, and O’Keefe-Fiorenza Interior Design, The Modern Rustic Cottage includes a pine timber structure in the great room and an engineered wood floor with radiant heating. Custom pine wood paneling was painted out in white to achieve a light, modern feel.

Custom millwork included bunk beds, vanities and barn board doors. The cottage also features one of our unique flex spaces – an 8’x25’ modular room that can be one large room or two smaller ones.
