A little about the project…
Modern semi-detached on Java
This modern semi-detached home hits all the high notes while maximizing its use of urban living space.
This project was carried out in collaboration with Casa Verde Construction and Flynn Architect Inc.
Every aspect of this three-storey home exhibits the highest level of design and craftsmanship while providing extensive 3,500 square feet of ample living space per unit. Both units boast nine foot high ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and a glass railing staircase that allows for daylight to stream in throughout the day.
Interior design inspiration reflects a sleek and modern living space that welcomes you with lavish caramel-coloured white oak stairs throughout. The second level (in each unit) offers an open concept space equipped with a designer kitchen, custom built-in cabinets, a commercial-grade gas stove, a built-in fridge, quartz countertops and more.
Bathrooms include premium wall-mounted toilets, a soaker tub, seamless glass showers, and double vanity sinks with quartz countertops. While trendy wallpapers, light fixtures, and hardware accent this home’s contemporary personality.
This home’s unspoken luxury is further enhanced by a glass-enclosed home office, gas fireplaces, radiant floors, custom cabinetry, and a window bump-out that serves as a reading nook.
The extensive soundproofing between floors, between doors, and between units provides adequate privacy throughout this home, and demonstrates the attention-to-detail incorporated into the design and build process of this home.
The exterior facade includes premium products including burnt cedar, blackened wood, Zinc panelling, Equitone cement fibre board, clear cedar soffit, and top-of-line doors and windows speak to the opulent details that define this home’s contemporary, yet warm facade.
